The Georgina Nurse Practitioner Led clinic strives to offer same day or next day appointments for patients who have illnesses that arise suddenly. If you are sick and need to see a Nurse Practitioner today or tomorrow, please call the office.

Prescription renewals and any other non-urgent issues should be by appointment only and arranged in advance. Please book an appointment for renewals one month before your medications run out.

When you make an appointment, please tell the receptionist your reason for the visit. This allows for the appropriate amount of time to be booked.

Lab services are available by appointment for registered patients only. Please check in with the receptionist prior to waiting in the lab area.

If you have recently been discharged from the hospital, please call us when you get home to schedule a follow-up visit with your Nurse Practitioner.

Please bring your health card and medications to every visit. Inform reception of any changes of name, address, phone numbers, pharmacy, and emergency contact.

Please call us 48 hours in advance or as soon as possible to cancel your appointment.
